Herzberg’s Two-Factors or Hygiene-Motivation theory is a theory focusing on job satisfaction as well to motivate people to achieve objective. Prof. Frederick Irvin Herzberg is an American psychologist who responsible introduces this theory to the world and his contribution still recognized until today. Introduction

A theory which consist of two factors namely hygiene and motivation that drives employee to perform their job. A subset of Maslow’s Hierarchy theory. Herzberg’s Two-Factors Theory Motivational Factors Hygiene Factors
