8. managing keep your folders neat and tidy –choose a system, and stick to it delete duplicates –keep only the best of a certain shot back’em up! –external hard drive (1TB = 1000GB  $100) –online database (10GB = $10/year) –DVD (100 x 4.7GB = $20) share –print, email, facebook
