| 5 Dynamic Messages Dynamic Messages allow travel managers to communicate important information by sending relevant and targeted messages to travelers at the most important point in the booking process

| 6 A New Way to Communicate to Travelers Travelers get the information they need, when they need it Allows travel managers to send messages to travelers at the most relevant point, whether to influence purchasing behavior while booking or providing travel- relevant information on the itinerary Targeted messaging delivered to travelers on topics which matter most to the company Messages can be targeted by various departure and destination parameters and be specific to flights, hotels, or car rental

| 17 Dynamic Messages Specific Message Configuration Information for Air, Hotel, Car

| 18 Air Targeted Messages For Air, messages can be targeted to: Departure airport Arrival airport Travel between airports (city pairs) Country Domestic International Special Tips: Airport codes (EWR, JFK, LGA) and metro codes (NYC) are both supported. Each message can have multiple geographies associated with it (i.e.. same message to LAX and SFO). To set up a message for ALL searches, add both domestic and international to a message.

We have a special negotiated rate on United and you must book United in order to get reimbursed.
