3 TeamWorks HCM Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 3 Personal Leave Reminder  Elections can be entered from December 8 through December 31  Employees are eligible to elect Personal Leave if they have a sick leave balance of 120 or more as of November 30  1/7/2015 and will be available for use on 1/8/2015

5 TeamWorks HCM Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 5 W-2 Processing – New for 2014  Approval of W-2 Data  New approval form for agency to approve information sent to the IRS  Each TeamWorks payroll agency has been requested to provide 2 approvers  Updated Balance Adjustment Requests  Multiple adjustments can be submitted on one ticket to the CSC  Must use spreadsheet provided by SAO

6 TeamWorks HCM Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 6 Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1.Agency determines employee is ACA-eligible. 2.Agency selects appropriate Benefit Program in TeamWorks to indicate ACA eligibility. 3.ACA-eligibility is sent from TeamWorks to DCH/ADP. 4.Employee is invited to enroll by DCH/ADP. 5.If employee elects health benefit, payroll deduction instructions are sent to TeamWorks by DCH/ADP. 6.Agency is billed for employer portion of healthcare, regardless of employee enrollment.

8 TeamWorks HCM Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 8 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Enrolling ACA-eligible employees  Select 1 of 2 Benefit Programs for ACA-eligible employees  HNF - ACA No Flex (ACA version of NOF)  HBP - No Bens ACA Garns & GA defined (ACA version of NBP)  The Benefit Programs for ACA can only be used for employees on non-zero records  Notification will be sent to DCH for enrollment

10 TeamWorks HCM Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 10 Affordable Care Act (ACA) ACA-eligibility  Notification of eligibility is sent from TeamWorks to DCH/ADP  DCH/ADP invites employee to enroll in healthcare  If employee elects health benefit, payroll deduction is sent from DCH/ADP to Teamworks  Enrollment in one of the Benefit programs triggers employer portion of health care costs, regardless of whether the employee enrolls in healthcare

Seasonal Employees  There is no indication in TeamWorks which recognizes a seasonal employee.

13 Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager 13 Affordable Care Act (ACA) State Reports  Reports are now available in Document Direct Federal Reporting  Employers are required to report beginning in 2016 for calendar year 2015  Employer Statement (1094-C) and Employee Statement (1095-C) will be required

14 TeamWorks Security TeamWorks HCM Self-Service Account Unlock and Password Reset Provide the ability for active state employees to reset their own passwords and unlock their own accounts by successfully answering their security questions. 14 Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager

15 TeamWorks Security TeamWorks HCM Self-Service Account Unlock and Password Reset Users will be unable to unlock their own accounts or reset their own passwords if any of the following applies:  Temporary access has expired  Employee ID is terminated or inactive  User answers the security questions incorrectly  Access/account has been locked by a security team member. 15 Presented By: Martha Varn HCM Functional Manager
