Project Overview Project Purpose: To identify and examine stakeholder roles and responsibilities, and the interdependent and independent functional relationships for providing care and support for elders during disasters. Three Phases: Phase 1 - Analysis of Roles & Responsibilities Phase 2 - Gap Analyses & Continuum of Care Phase 3 - Planning, Training, & Exercise

The Continuum will reflect the functional roles and responsibilities, relationships, dependencies, and interdependencies that link the system together on behalf of elders during disasters.
