Upgrade of Core Academic Buildings Campus Objectives 2010 - 2020 Board of Trustees SEPT 24, 2010

Construct a new central classroom facility/facilities to provide students with modern, state of the art classroom facilities. Improve older, deteriorated Academic Buildings to provide a better learning environment for students and working environment for faculty and staff. Construct a new Student Wellness and Sustainability Center Redevelop Old Coliseum Site Create the Health Science Center/Campus Replace the Small Animal Teaching Hospital Renovate student housing facilities to improve quality of life. (Hill, CDV dorms, Sewall Hall) Construct/Renovate Athletic Facilities to increase AU competitiveness. Renovate architecturally significant Academic Buildings to provide a better learning environment for students and working environment for faculty and staff. Construct College/Dept specific research facilities as funding may allow. Construct other facilities as funding may allow. 2 Auburn University Campus Objectives 2010-2020 - Haley Center - Funchess Hall - Upchurch Hall - Parker Hall - Allison Hall - Spidle Hall - Comer Hall, Textile Bldg, Mary Martin Hall, Dudley Hall, Greene Hall - Multipurpose Indoor Practice Facility - Stadium Renovations - Olympic Sport Training Facility
