Including Carmax at 100 units/month. –New dealerships: Honda (2 new dealers), Hyundai (2 dealers), Chevy (2 new dealers), Nissan (1 new dealer), New Premium Brand in 2013 –Complete franchising team by 3Q. Franchising of Hertz in provincial areas together with Rapide, at least 2 units. –Insurance special project to 10% of insurance business. –LDB market share to minimum of 10% of car loans in all brands.

Improve back office. –Develop areas of synergy with LICA: IT, HRD, LEGAL/Remedial collections, marketing, database, shared premises. –Product expansion: check clearing, cross selling insurance/homes/cars, ATM, etc. –Build management team, complete by 3Q. –Reorganize SME loan team.

Initially Budget: (make sure all have, and monitor it), Performance (Balanced Scorecard of KPIs), Funding (sources and allocation). –Reorganize sales training to include selling skills, product knowledge, automotive and real estate.
