3 3 ASC-Forward Field Logistics Readiness Division CG ASC Representative to CG FORSCOM Centrally directs a horizontally integrated network of 15 Field Logistics Readiness Centers (FLRC) Provides Sources of Repair (SOR) for ASC LBE, PDTE and Reset programs Provides readiness enhancement to Senior Mission Commander Augments organizational & field level maintenance for tactical, LSE, and AFSB CDRs; operates Repair & Return Program; performs global projects for LCMC and other services 99% service contractor workforce Field Logistics Readiness Centers (FLRCs) FIELD LOGISTICS READINESS CENTERS: Repair and Return programs Field Level Reset, LBE, organizational & field maintenance augmentation Partnering with LCMCs, DLA, or Civilian Contractors 3 UNCLASSIFIED

4 4 The FLRD business model establishes a small headquarters with a limited number of government personnel supplemented by a contract management team that oversees a network of centers located primarily on FORSCOM installations. The FLRD network consists of: Field Logistics Readiness Centers (FLRC) Expediters DRMO support Readiness Support Teams (RST) Information Network – WMMS (Wildcat Maintenance Management System) and WDS (Wildcat Database System) FLRD Network UNCLASSIFIED
