10 Building Auction - Building sold for $1.2M (Reserve $800,000) - Earlier apparent bid for $2M was invalid leading to the final bid $1.2M which was accepted by all parties. - Final tally of funds to club after fees and expenses $1,175,000 - This is an excellent outcome for the club!

21 Footscray Club Renovation Project: Pending Activities - Awaiting “quotes” from 3 architects - Assessment of project plans from the architects - Preparation of budget based on plans - Planning for the least amount of spend for our needs - We will only proceed when appropriate plans have been submitted and approved
