2.  Salvador Dalí nacío el 11 de mayo de 1904.  His mother died of breast cancer when he was 16 years old.  He joined an art school and got expelled shortly before his final exam.  while he was there, he explored many forms of art.  Salvador started to drw in surrealism and attested that he was inspired by author/scientist Sigmund Freud.  El 3 de enero de 1989, Dalí murió de un paro cadiaco a los 88 años.

3.  Salvador has a museum in St. Petersburg.  Es divertida.  Me gusta ir a la museo.  The museum contains many of his paintings.  It also sells replicas of paintings on canvases or shirts.  The dalí museum has 7 of his best works.

4.  In his career, Dali painted over 1,500 paintings.  His most famous paintings include the Persistence of Memory, Autumn Cannibalism, and the Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory.  I have a shirt with the Burning Giraffe on it.  Me gusta la camesa.  Dali dibuja muy bien.  He worked on sculptures and projects for Disney shorts as well.

5.  Dali has been an inspiration for many artists.  He is considered the father of surrealism.  Movies were made about him including Little Ashes and Midnight in Paris.  Me gusta la pelicula.  He was also in Captain Kangaroo as Salvador Silly.  Damien Hirst dibuja como Salvador.
