The Citizen CPR Foundation The Citizen CPR Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping citizens and communities save lives. Mission: To save lives from sudden death by stimulating citizen and community action. Building Instructor Capacity Seek out training classes in your local community Seek grant funding to cover the cost of training new Instructors in your Council/Troops each year Consider upgrading current Instructors to Instructor Trainers
