3 Status of Current AIM I/II Courses AIM I/II User Training updated to Rel 4.0 in AIM I/II, respectively Paul Graf has prepared and posted numerous video help snippets on AIM Web page Rel 5.0 User Training updates in work paralleling software development Jay Burton is only dedicated trainer with departure of Tom Travers and Paul Graf’s change to part-time status Number of dedicated convenings delivered at Navy and contractor sites recently

4 CCMM role for CSFE CSFE designated as CCMM for AIM user training courses by NETC N74 Dave Donnelly as POC @ CSFE –Michele Osborne supporting Dave Impact of CSFE being designated as CCMM on current course structure and content? –Michele has identified 135B designated roles, but details and working relationship w/ AIM Team need to be clarified (see backup slide)

5 Curriculum Developer Course CPPD designated CCMM by NETC N74? Update to previous course will start next week –Old course favorably received in SD Anticipate course will be ready 1 Jan 2011 Intend to incorporate appropriate tool (AIM I/II, CPM, LO Module, etc.) Working with CFSE to ensure curricula are aligned where necessary

6 CPM/LO Module Training No formally approved curriculum yet in place Taught informally by Jamie Stewart to support MT Continuum prototype Danette Likens taught JDTA update to CPM at CEODD 2-3 Nov Paul Graf has prepared and posted numerous CPM/LO Module related video help snippets on AIM Web page No regular convening schedule yet defined Role of CSFE in CPM/LO Module training?

9 Proposed CCMM duties for CSFE (per 135 B guidance)? Apply prescribed curriculum, instruction and evaluation procedures to ensure quality training Develop new curricula and perform training materials modifications to existing curricula Involve participating activities in all phases of development. This will include input from AIM Trainers, IPT's, CNET, and higher authority Ensure that NETC/CCA and participating activities are informed of developments that may impact project and milestones Maintain master copies of curriculum Distribute copies of all training materials (potentially on shared server??) Conduct Course Surveillance Maintain a course audit trail Coordinate Formal Course Reviews (FCR)
