2 Sooner than you think, a new client will arrive at your office. She'll be wearing Google Glass and will tell you she's had a chip implanted in her brain that's raised her IQ to 200. Although petite, she also dopes herself and demurely claims to have the strength of Arnold Schwarzenegger at his peak. She wants your counsel regarding violations of her "civil rights." She says that her right to cognitive liberty was violated by the NSA during an emergency MRI scan of her head following a concussive injury she suffered a year ago. Presently, her insurer will not cover an in vitro fertilization procedure she wants, which she says violates her rights to procreative freedom and participant evolution. She adds her concern over a bill in the legislature that restricts her right to morphological freedom. Puzzled yet fascinated, you ask for more details and permission to activate a desktop voice recorder. She tells you it's unnecessary because the video camera in her Google Glass is already recording your encounter, adding that she'll upload a copy to her Cloud account for your access. As she speaks, an artificial intelligence app in her Google Glass interprets your facial expressions, correlating them with your emotional state and thought processes. It informs her that you've got a lot to learn about transhumanism.
