DOH?  NPHII Grantee – support for accreditation readiness activities  DOH got a PIM! – Heather Reffett  Held ASTHO Accreditation Readiness Workshop  DOH got an Accreditation Coordinator – Vanisa Verma!  Heather and Vanisa realized, they needed to educate the staff while educating themselves…

11 Vanisa’s First Task: Market Vision: Every DOH employee understands the value of achieving accreditation and enthusiastically contributes to our Department’s successful application.
