5 Creating Accessible Facilities Now over 400 IFI Mark accredited and reaccredited gyms Accredit at 3 Progressive levels for continuous improvement – Provisional, Registered and Excellent IFI Mark awarded after assessment visit against established Standards Audits carried out by MITIE Compliance – Against IFI Mark Standards reviewed and updated in 2010 to reflect legislative changes and best practice (next review in 2014) – Audit customer journey, physical building and operational policies www.efds.co.uk
