6 Key Findings American Institute of Architects Nationwide Voter Survey 2009 CAUSE OF GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS You may have read or heard that some people believe greenhouse gas emissions are a threat to the environment. What do you think is the top cause of greenhouse gas emissions today? Based on both the 2007 and 2009 surveys, voters nationwide still do not see buildings as a major cause of the problem. That message has yet to penetrate the public mind.

The development approach will be the same used for any new I-Code with the final draft placed into the current 2012 Code Development Process
