Go through Cockshutt. Two miles after Cockshutt on the right hand side of the road is the small lay-by. If approaching from Shrewsbury, turn the vehicle around before parking (continue up the road to turning point – see map) so that students can disembark safely. There is also limited parking if you go into Cockshutt, almost immediately take the first right to English Frankton. Take the left (Crosemere Lane) at the Y junction. At mini cross-road go straight over. Continue down lane until past farms. Road peters out into farm track, continue until parking area is reached (SJ432300).
