1. CVSS Manager Demonstration This demonstration will show you an overview of the manager capabilities of the CVSS application.

2. The CVSS login screen.

3. Main screen after logging in. Select Manager Functions

4. Manager Functions. This is the main selection screen for all manager functions. Here is where you manage your team and vacation information.

5. Employee Information. You can view and modify your teams employee information.

6. Employee Information – View Information. You can view specific information about a team member that is entered into the application.

7. Employee Information – Modify Information. You can modify specific information about a team member.

8. Assign Surrogate. You can assign a surrogate for your team. A surrogate will have the same access to your team as you do within the application. This option should be assigned to your team leader.

9. Employee Requests. You can view requests and add requests manually for your team members.

10. Employee Requests – View Requests. Here is an example of a team members current requests. You can view, modify and delete specific requests.

11. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 1 of 3. You can manually enter requests for your team members. You select the date and the number of days you want to span.

12. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 2 of 3. You can select the request type and the number of hours and add any notes about the request you want. The request types are defined by your application administrator.

13. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 3 of 3. You can verify the information entered is correct and then submit the request.

14. Group Calendar. Here is where you can view all requests for your team in a calendar format.

15. Accrued Vacation. You can modify your team members actual amount of vacation hours.

16. Accrued Vacation. You can add, modify or delete the accrued vacation hours.

17. Carryover Vacation. You can enter carryover hours from one year to the next.

18. Carryover Vacation. You can add, modify or delete the carryover vacation hours.

19. Approve Requests. You can approve or disapprove your team members requests. Any outstanding requests will be listed here by team member.

20. Approve Requests. You can approve or disapprove your team members requests. You can also add notes and view the group calendar.

21. Manager Messages. You can enter messages directed toward your team. They will see the messages every time they log in to the application.

22. Manager Reports. You can view specific reports concerning your team and request information.

23. Manager Reports – Employee Data. You can view a printable report with your teams information.

24. Manager Reports – Request Summary. You can view a printable report with a summary of each team members requests for the year.

25. Manager Reports – Request Type Breakdown. You can view a printable report with a summary of each team members requests listed by type for the year.
