Ethnicity Categories Hispanic or Latino Not Hispanic or Latino
The two ethnic categories as revised by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) are defined as follows.

Hispanic or Latino A person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.
