Now we’re going to perform a few of the most common functions in SupraNET; we are going to add a new Keyholder as well as assign and set up a key.
We will be using one of the common task wizards for these steps, so the first thing we will do is click on the “New Keyholder” function.
Keyholders:
A keyholder is a person who has a Supra Key. There are two kinds of keyholders: agents and affiliates. Agents are real estate agents. Affiliates are people who may need access to a listing but who are not real estate agents. For example, a home inspector is an affiliate. Affiliate members may only receive Affiliate DisplayKEYs, which are more restricted than a DisplayKEY issued to an agent.
When you first set up your SupraNET database, Supra assists you with loading your current office and keyholder information. When a new real office is formed in your area, you add the office information into the SupraNET system through the Add New Office wizard found under Show All Tasks.
