1. Follow these steps to set up your new ECBOE mail address on your personal Smartphone.

2. Click a device to get started Android WebOS (HP/Palm) iOS (Apple) BlackberryBlackberry (including district provided devices)

3. WebOS Open your email application

4. WebOS Swipe down on email options in top left corner

5. WebOS Touch preferences and accounts

6. WebOS Touch add an account

7. WebOS Enter email address and password Press Sign In

8. Blackberry Click menu to bring up a list of all icons

9. Blackberry Click Setup

10. Blackberry Click email settings

11. Blackberry Click add

12. Blackberry Click Gmail

13. Blackberry Enter full email address and password. i.e. example@ecboe.org example@ecboe.org Click Next

14. Blackberry You should see this message, if so you have successfully set up your Gmail account on your Blackberry

15. Android Your screen may not look exactly like this, but your options will be the same Press menu, then settings

16. Android Touch Accounts and Sync

17. Android Touch Add Account

18. Android Select Google

19. Android You already have a Google account, so select Sign In

20. Android Enter your full email address and password, i.e. example@ecboe.orgexample@ecboe.org Touch sign in

21. Android Select options you would like to sync (mail, calendar, contacts, etc.) Touch finish And you are finished

22. iOS (Apple) Touch settings Touch Mail, Contacts, Calendar Touch add account

23. iOS (Apple) Touch Gmail

24. iOS (Apple) Enter full email address and password i.e. example@ecboe.org example@ecboe.org Touch Next
