9. BUT WHY?????? Won’t your blackberry still work like it always did? This is a limitation of the Microsoft system. Microsoft will not allow 3 rd party systems such as a blackberry server to directly interact with their system. Why are we using the web based client? It was determined that a vast majority of the agency will not need the functionality of the full client.
