3. Qur’anic Supplications رَبَّنَآا ٰتِنَافِي الدُّنْيَاحَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world(that which is) good

4. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good Our Lord رَبُّه رَبُّهُمْ رَبُّكَ رَبُّكُمْ رَبِّيْ رَبُّنَا

5. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good Giveus نَ ا آتِـ أَقِيمُوا الصَّلٰوة وآتُوا الزَّكَاة

6. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good كُبْرَىأَكْبَر صُغْرَىأَصْغَر دُنْيَاأَدْنَى

7. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good فِي الدُّنْيَا (this) world in 115*

8. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good حَسَنَةحَسَن أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً

9. Anything (wealth, assets, job, business, children, friends, etc.) is NOT Hasanah, if it damages the Hereafter. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good Message from:

Hasanah includes: (i) Basic necessities of survival: Health; family welfare ; Halal provisions; honor; respect, etc. (ii) Things that are beneficial for the Hereafter such as useful knowledge; correct Aqeedah (belief); good actions; sincerity in actions; good morals; guidance; etc. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good Message from:

11. رَبَّنَآآتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً Our Lord!Give usin (this) world (that which is) good Practice with Imagination, Feelings and Prayer

12. وَّفِيالآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good

13. وَّفِيالآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good فِيوَ in and

14. وَّفِيالآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good HereafterLast آخِرَةآخِر

15. وَّفِيالآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good حَسَنَةحَسَن May Allah give you حَسَنَات

16. These include:  Pleasure of Allah  Paradise  Company of the Prophets  The opportunity to see Allah; etc. وَّ فِي الآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good Message from:

17. وَّ فِي الآخِرَةِحَسَنَةً and inthe Hereafter(that which is) good Practice with Imagination, Feelings and Prayer

18. وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire.

19. وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire. وَ قِـ نَا and save us

20. وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire. Punishment

21. وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire. the fire (Hellfire)

22.  Some Muslims may have to go thru’ a ‘cleansing process’ … in the fire. (May Allah save us all)  In case Istighfaar, sufferings, hardship at death, in grave, in Hashr… are not enough وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire. Message from:

23. رَبَّنَآ ا ٰتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي... Do I check if the thing I am running after is Right? And after praying this, am I content if I don’t get that ‘Right’ thing (even after trying hard)? Always remember to recite this supplication; … O our Rabb! Give us Hasanah in this world and … Convey the message to family and friends that we should first make sure it is ‘hasanah.’ Remember the case of a student who cries to Allah to help him succeed in exams but does not go to school nor studies any book. Is he serious in his prayers?

24. ... وَّفِي الْا ٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ (i) Are my actions geared towards getting rewards? (ii) Are my actions avoiding the Fire? If yes, Alhamdulillah; if not, Astaghfirullah; and Plan towards the goals. O Allah! Give us … Hasanah in the Hereafter; safety from the fire. The purpose of life is to succeed in the Hereafter and be released from the Fire. Remember the case of a student who cries to Allah to help him succeed in exams but does not go to school nor studies any book. Is he serious in his prayers?

25. وَّقِنَاعَذَابَالنَّارِ and protect us (from) the punishment(of) the Fire. Practice with Imagination, Feelings and Prayer

26. Du’aa Mu’adh bin Jabal, May Allah be pleased with him reported: Messenger of Allah (pbuh) held my hand and said, "O Mu’adh, By Allah, I love you and advise you not to miss supplicating after every Salah (prayer) saying: اللَّھُم أَعِنِّي على ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ ، وحُسنِ عِبَادتِك [Abu Dawood and An-Nasa'i].

27. اَللّهُمَّأَعِنِّيعَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ O Allah!Help meon Your remembrance وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ and in thanking You and worship You in the best manner Du’aa

28. اَللّهُمَّأَعِنِّيعَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ O Allah!Help meon Your remembrance Du’aa helpme نِي أَعِ نْ

29. اَللّهُمَّأَعِنِّيعَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ O Allah!Help meon Your remembrance Du’aa on Your remembrance ذِكْرِكَ عَلٰى

30. وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ and in thanking You and worship You in the best manner Du’aa and the best … حُسْن وَ

31. اَللّهُمَّأَعِنِّيعَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ O Allah!Help meon Your remembrance وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ and in thanking You and worship You in the best manner Du’aa

32. Revise….!!!
