Freight Forwarder (FF) EFTS Participation Option exists where Freight Forwarder can received detailed shipment and tracking data –Either as stand-alone application or integrated with FF’s existing IT architecture/system Automated In-transit Visibility of FMS shipments –With bar code scan, FF can automatically generate transaction to reflect receipt and/or shipment For more information and to schedule discussions between EFTS Executive Agent and FF, contact Elizabeth.Kittredge@navy.mil Elizabeth.Kittredge@navy.mil Important Note: FF does not need to participate for country to immediately access the EFTS data

Accessed by Left-Clicking on “Case Execution” Community SCIP’s Enhanced Freight Tracking System (EFTS) Provides Shipment, Carrier, Catalog, Freight Forwarder and Defense Transportation System data Freight Forwarder does not have to participate for Country/SAO to access this tool and data

Then Left-Click on “EFTS”

EFTS Tracking Tool First left-click on “Tracking” Then Select “Shipment Data” from Drop Down Menu

User can copy/paste or key Carrier’s Tracking Number, Document Number or TCN Example illustrates the Document Number query. As the number is keyed, the system lists the first eleven matches. User can continue refining entry, highlight one of the listed numbers or depress the “ENTER” key to search for all matches

EFTS Shipment Detail Query Display of results from complete data base search on Document Numbers Starting with “BBN” User can progress through Pages (1-6) of data for find/select desired record (TCN/Doc Num) Left-click on desired record to obtain shipment details

Catalog Data Query NSN automatically copied from Previous Screen Left-click on “Go” or “Warfighter Search” See Instructions. Left-click n applicable boxes to add/delete categories of cataloging data required

Carrier Tracking Data is stored indefinitely within EFTS, whereas it is typically deleted after 30 days by the Carriers. All tracking events can be seen by using Scroll Bar Same protocol of iterative display/search of data from keyed entry in “Tracking Number” block as previously Illustrated Using Doc Number Sample Search from copy/paste of Tracking Number from Previous Shipment Data query

Tracking / Shipping Data Downloads First left-click on “Downloads”, then select and left-click on “Shipping Data”

Drop-Down Menu Choices Downloads of multiple records can be filtered by data elements listed to right, using drop down menus to identify choices of data Left-click to select desired filter choice. Left-click on Drop-down Arrow to list possible choices
