Work within our facility is not limited by weather conditions; CellXion is located approximately 200 miles inland and is not appreciably affected by hurricane activity. Integration at the point of shelter manufacture also eliminates the cost and time to transfer the shelter and equipment to an interim staging facility. Although CellXion currently operates a single shift, the sequence of work could support multiple shifts to accelerate overall deployment schedules. CellXion is a non-union shop with excellent employee benefits and bonus programs that reward performance, safety, and attendance. INTEGRATION CENTER Confidential 20
