Homework: Write down your five favorite foods. – Describe why each of your favorite foods is a healthy choice or why it may be a choice you should make less frequently. (Research this and give me a 2-3 sentence rationale) – If your choice is a food that you should choose less frequently suggest an alternative that would be considered a healthy choice.
