BARE-INFINITIVE after LET, MAKE, HELP Mr. Kwok let 4L students take a break after 90 minutes of proofreading. Last night, the film on TV made my children laugh. The good boys in 4L helped Mr. Ma carry piles of heavy workbooks from her office.

BARE-INFINITIVE after LET, MAKE, HELP 9. My parents let me slept until noon. Then we went shopping. They let me bought an 8-million- pixel digital camera.

There + be + nouns 3. Outside the hotel, there has a beach. Inside the hotel, there has a spa. 28. Behind the hotel, it has a big area. Many tourists go there to ride horses.

It + be + adjectives 10. I looked around and found that there was very beautiful. Many people thought that there was very wonderful and lovely. But there was too crowded.

Present participle (going) vs. Past participle (gone) The story is interesting / interested. Ms. Ma is an interesting / interested teacher. Knowing that everybody passes, 4L students are exciting / excited.

Present participle (going) vs. Past participle (gone) 15. I attended the Twins’ concert. I was amazing that I could get their autographs. I was very exciting to shake hands with both of them.
