2.  Setting: Clear Vision Center, Cairo, Egypt  Design: A prospective consecutive non-randomized study.  Material and methods: - 100 eyes of 62 patients with mean age 23.4 years ( =/- 4.6 ) - Mean MRSE -4.37 D ( =/- 2.12D ) - PRK of 60 microns and optical zone of 6.5 mm was used to remove the epithelium followed by PRK at one step without MMC to correct the sphere and or cylinder using the aberration free profile of Schwind AMARI excimer laser.

7.  The subjective patient satisfaction correlated well with the objective measurements of rapid visual recovery efficient and safe visual outcome with minimal post operative pain.

8.  One-step transepithelial ablation using Aberration -free Schwind AMARIS profile is safe, effective, and predictable in treating low to moderate and myopic astigmatism with increased patient satisfaction because of minimal post operative pain and rapid visual recovery.
