Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:
“Shall I not tell you the worst of major sins?” Associating partners with Allah, disobeying parents.” He was reclining, then he sat up and said, “and indeed giving false statements, and indeed bearing false witness….” And he kept repeating it until the companions wished that he would stop. [Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0158]

Satan makes sins look insignificant and minor and then gradually deceives us to commit those sins.

Keep in touch with the Qur’an. From the bottom of your hearts ask Allah (swt) to help you Become truthful. Speak little but always the truth. Offer little but honour the offers. Hang out with honest friends
