Exercise: “Photo Opportunity” First, 1. Select a leadership lesson from the book and think of a famous historical leader that you feel demonstrated the leadership principle you have chosen. Then, 2. Draw a portrait of the leader you have selected. Finally, 3. Be prepared to present your portrait and explain how you feel this leader demonstrated the leadership principle you have selected. 8 minutes.

(1 = most important, 7 = least important) Then, 2. Record your team’s ranking on the flipchart. Finally, 3. Select someone to present your ranking along with an explanation of how you came up with your results. 5 minutes.
