Spanish Cultural Proficiency Forum SPANISH CULTURAL PROFICIENCY FORUM: IMPROVING SERVICE TO OUR LATINO/HISPANIC CUSTOMER BASE Spanish speaking professionals across disciplines meet monthly. Groups at each location gather for a face to face meeting and are linked together through a conference call.
