Administration, government and e-services Indicators on ICT investment, education and the services offered on-line by public administration 4. Impact and results Indicators that measure the increase in usage and digital literacy activities offered

8. Main results Common Methodology for impact assessment, based on common indicators Which allows to evaluate the results of their strategies and identifying the areas where more focus is needed.

9. Main results Common Methodology Guide for Good Practice and the Benchmarking will allow for improved Regional Digital Literacy Strategies, and to adopt the lessons learned from other regions, thus being able to address better the specific needs of groups with high risk of digital exclusion
