6. To become a user of the e-MBO you have to first register yourself

7. To register yourself please fill up the form Remember your employee code & the Password which you provide here. Press button to submit your details.

8. To update Registered details click here

9. Provide your Employee Code and Password to access the form for editing.

10. Updated your Registered Details and press Submit button to record the changes annie@theparkhotels.com

12. General Manager Access This facility is for General Managers. It permits view of /and sifting of MBOs of all executives by Department/Grade

13. The General Manager has to access the “General Manager login” section in the home page. Check this link for Training Module of e-MBOs for General Manager.

14. Select the local GM ID from the dropdown Default password is “password”. It has to be changed as soon as the GM Logins. Choose the Grade Choose the Department On Clicking the Login button the GM can access all the MBOs. However GM can only view not edit. As GM you can give comments during the Final MBO Review. This facility will be provided to you when the Module is opened for activity in April 2005. You can choose one or the two options of employee grade or departments to sift MBO viewing.

15. Only the names of those appraisee will pop up in the left Panel whose name has been mapped under that respective GM. Choose a name to see the MBO form 2

16. If the Appraisee whose name has been chosen by the GM have not finalised his/ her Objectives, a message will come.

17. If the Appraisee has finalised his/ her Objectives The MBO form of the appraisee will be displayed. 2

18. Scroll Down the page after viewing and press the Continue Button

19. Please Note : Unit strategy is different for different locations After viewing The Unit Strategy Page press the Continue Button to proceed

20. Comments added The GM views the comments made by Appraiser and the weightages given. The GM will press the Continue button to view the KRAs.

22. On pressing the Continue button, GM moves to the KRA 2 section

27. GM completes viewing KRA section by pressing on the Continue button.

Henry Annie 2004-04-27 16:29:00.0 2004-04-26 15:27:00.0 The GM will view the Appraisee and Appraiser’s Signature The GM will put his comments and Signature If GM does not want to make any comment, he/she can press the Close button. The GM Will Press The Submit button in case he/she makes a comment IMPORTANT NOTE : One GM cannot view the comments made by other GM. For example if He/She logs in as GM Kolkata, then comments made by GM Vizag or GM Bangalore will not be visible. The Appraisal is satisfactory Anthony
