Summer & Fall 2012 Registration Check AccessOTC to find your registration date. Click When can I register for Summer/Fall 2012? Confirm that your degree program is correct and complete your education plan through graduation on e-Advisor. E-Advisor assistance will be available in ICW 117. Times can be found below announcements on MyOTC under Summer/Fall Registration.

Degree Audit A report that states your degree requirements. A helpful tool for completing your education plan. View it each semester before you register.

Summer & Fall 2012 Registration E-mail your assigned academic advisor as soon as possible to ask him or her to review your education plan and release you to register for classes. Your advisor’s information is on AccessOTC. First-semester, Bridge, and probation students must be released in order to register for classes!!! Bridge to Success students will need to continue to follow the Bridge guidelines if you will still need developmental courses in two or more subject areas. Academic Probation OTC Cumulative Hours Attempted GPA Satisfactory Level 6-25 1.50 26-40 1.75 41+ 2.00 Probation students May not take more than 12 credit hours per semester. Must meet with assigned academic advisor each semester to be released to register.

Financial Aid Are you thinking about dropping a class or withdrawing from all classes? Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Failing or dropping a class could put your financial aid at risk. A student must complete at least 67% of attempted credit hours. A student must keep their cumulative grade point average (GPA) at or above a given minimum (see page 19 of College Catalog). To receive loans – 6 hrs in Fall/Spring; 3 hrs Summer To receive Pell Grant – based on hours
