3. Inserting a music hyperlink into a PowerPoint Firstly, click on the insert tab. Now go to hyperlink Existing file or webpage Browse for the file/webpage you want. Click OK Alternatively you can go to the movie and sound section which is as self explanatory.

4. Using Source Pictures Source pictures generally are quite large because they contain a lot of data, especially if they are high quality. To cope with this size, you can compress the file or lower the quality of the photo/music/video.

5. Open Standards Open standards refers to the standards of something open to the public. These may not have as high standards as closed standards because a private program or client based program may have sponsors or methods of payment so the quality may be better because the experts are drawn to pay roles. This means that when using free programs or websites that the quality of information/performance may not be as good/effective as a program you might have to pay for. Also, free programs have a higher tendency to carry viruses.
