3. 3 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union 1 – State of the Art of Project Activities ACTION 1 – Project coordination and management The Activities of project management and coordination continue throughout the entire project lifetime, and the main events to be implemented are: Partner Meeting in Luxembourg (15th November 2012) Meeting with all project partners, to clarify project issues and to proceed with the activities Final Meeting in Venice (March 2013) This 2 days meeting will be the final event of the CASIP-SMEs project, with the participation of all partners’ delegation. It will be organized next to the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting and it will be the place to exchange and promote project results and its future sustainability

4. 4 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union ACTION 2 – Communication and Dissemination Activities Project Website and Intranet The website of the CASIP-SMEs project (www.casip-smes.eu) is constantly updated with news and useful materials for partners and external users.www.casip-smes.eu Each Partner will be provided with a username and a password to have access to the intranet section, where all tools for the implementation of Pilot Actions are available. 1st Project Leaflet The first issue of the project leaflet has been already distributed among Project Partners in Russian Language. Please be so kind to update the Lead Applicant about the number of leaflets already distributed

5. 5 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union ACTION 2 – Communication and Dissemination Activities - 2 2nd Project Leaflet The second issue of the project leaflet will focus particularly on the services chosen by each partner to be implemented in the local area through pilot action implementation. The Leaflet should be distributed among local SMEs. Each Partner will have its own version of the leaflet. The English version will be soon circulated among the Partners and, after the validation, the Russian version will follow soon.

6. 6 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union ACTION 4 – Upgrade of operators and implementation of services adopted at local level All the activities foreseen for this action have been duly implemented. The last one has been the 4th Webinar organized by CRP HENRI TUDOR on 23rd October 2012 on the issue IP Commercialization All materials are freely downloadable from the CASIP-SMEs website

7. 7 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union ACTION 5 – Pilot actions implementation The activities related to this action are the core issues of this project implementation period: all partners will test the services chosen on a selected number of local enterprises. Methodology for pilot action implementation The draft of the methodology has been presented during the last meeting in Tashkent and the final version will be presented today. The Russian translation is available on the project website. Local pilot activities in CA countries Each Partner has been asked to prepare a plan for the pilot action implementation and to start with the involvement of the local SMEs

8. 8 CASIP-SMEs Project A project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice This project is funded by the European Union ACTION 5 – Pilot actions implementation - 2 3rd Steering Committee Meeting and sustainability issues The last Steering committee Meeting will be held in Venice, in conjunction with the Final Meeting of the Project (see action 1). During this SC, Associates partners will: - give an overall evaluation on the results coming from the implementation of the Pilot Activities - Elaborate and validate a sustainability plan for the future continuation of the project activities (long-term services) and for their transferability - Elaborate and validate a plan for the cooperation between EU and CA countries for the next to be project proposals
