4 Lesson 1 Starter In this first section you will work with other members of your tutor group to write down the ideas you already have about revision, what’s best to do, when you should start etc. You have 5 minutes to write down your thoughts. Be ready to share your groups ideas with the rest of your tutor group.

Key Points on Getting Organised Produce a detailed timetable and add this to your planner or diary Start well in advance Know your dates and times of exams Build in ‘free time’ and breaks Prioritise Use different revision techniques and revise different subjects on the same day Discuss your plans and timetables with other students, including Yr 12 & 13 Think about your diet i.e. what you eat and drink Make a checklist Get the necessary revision resources and materials
