3. Who We Are Dr. Mati Schwarcz, Founder Mati founded YEDA in 1993 as Israel’s first center for training Technical Writers. Since then, he has directed hundreds of outsourcing projects to major hi-tech companies. Amanda Jayne Schwarcz, Director Amanda serves both as YEDA’s marketing director, as well as taking care of customer relations and overseeing the administration of YEDA staff.
