All freight can not be run on the rails, engineered into a dedicated solution, or regularized in some other fashion. A cross-functional team of J.B. Hunt managers was convened to study how to create the best driving job in the industry. Double the time-off typically granted! Guaranteed get-home! Instituted paid training!
