The Richards Hall Blue label / highlighted sticker = SIT IN THE INNER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT Black label sticker = SIT IN THE OUTER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT

Logisitics A seating plan (get someone to check it!) ◦Test it out / tracing paper comes in useful ◦Or go for a more open version if less people Name labels and clear set-up instructions of where to go before entering the room ◦Set the tone Something to write on and with A bell or whistle and clear rules Flexible length ◦Ours was about 30 mins in total with 5 pairings Format can be modified

The rules Blue label / highlighted sticker = SIT IN THE INNER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT Black label sticker = SIT IN THE OUTER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT START ‘CHATTING’ ON THE BELL.... Write down any ideas and subjects involved on the cards provided The INNER CIRCLE move on one seat ANTI- CLOCKWISE each time the bell rings The OUTER CIRCLE STAY ON THE SAME SEAT AND WAIT FOR YOUR NEW PARTNER
