First of all: What is the state of the WU before reaching the TPMS station? PARKING 1-PARKING (need up to 36 sec to be set in an other mode) SHIPPING 2-SHIPPING ( need less than 1 sec to be set in an other mode) for information only.

Configuration number 1 : the WU are in PARKING MODE a minimum of 2 stations is needed Station n01:Station n01: =Awakening of the WU: LF 125 KHz for up to 36 sec LF 125 KHz for up to 36 sec. (siemens) 1 C540VT fitted with 5 LF125 KHz antennae PLC for information only.

station n02 PLC RF: WU data LF 125KHz BURST +SHIPPING Factory Network /PC/data base Printer/barcode sticker The 5 th wheel (spare wheel)can be set directly in “ PARKING MODE” INSTEAD OF SHIPPING. (upon instruction from the PLC). for information only.

If the WU were set in SHIPPING MODE, only one station is needed PLC RF: WU data LF 125KHz / 3 modes in sequence: TEST:( shipping to ready) BURST: read ID( rs 232) SHIPPING to send to the factory safely Factory Network /PC/data base Printer/barcode stricker The 5 th wheel can be set in “ PARKING MODE” Upon input selected by the PLC. for information only.

the C540VT All stations are equipped with the same base instrument: the C540VT The C540VT can: Send 125KHz LF data ( modes) Receive HF data Decode and transmit to a rs 232 port. Be set to send or transmit via rs 232 or I/O for information only.
