Power generation linited to releases made from auxiliary hydropower plants
Irrigation water maybe reduced and satisfied by whatever water remains from the reservoir or obtainable from local inflows
Between the upper and lower rule curves – water level = 212 m to 180 m

The Water Code does not provide clear guidelines on the Compensation for water reallocated
Means to meet Metro Manila’s increasing demand for municipal water
