Blogs  It is typically operated by an individual who regularly post comments and news, often including multimedia files.  Readers can reply easily and thus participate in a discussion in which they share knowledge and reflect on the topic.  Promote open dialogue and encourage the interchange of opinions, ideas and attitudes.
