13 Call 4 Projects Projects: after approval – Get an e-mail with confirmation – Get an official “toezeggingsbrief” with budget, and deliverable list as appendixes – This also functions as a mini consortium agreement – It must first be signed by the directors of the institutes that are partners – Sent to CLARIN-NL office for countersignature

14 Call 4 Projects Projects: Start (toezeggingsbrief in place) 75% of the project budget is transferred to the coordinator Coordinator must forward proportional parts to the project partner Projects get assigned – an EB ‘portefeuillehouder’ (PF) – And 2 NAP ‘portefeuillehouders’ They monitor the progress of the project and can assist you with problems / questions Keep them informed! Invite them to the (initial) project meeting

20 Call 4 Projects Projects: Running – Try to reach your colleague researchers – Show them what you are doing and that what you are doing is the way to go! – Organize workshops – Goal: increased interest from and involvement of humanities researchers that do not (yet) work with large digital data and tools – CLARIN-NL will support that Logistically, financially
