MANAGING ADOLESCENT SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PROGRAMS: Purpose To build the capacity of professionals in managerial positions to: Design programs that respond to the ASRH rights and needs of young people Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of youth programs including programmatic, financial and administrative To achieve this, participants develop strategies and interventions at the national, local, organizational, community, family and individual levels.

Advocacy for Reproductive Health Participants will gain a clear understanding of the basic concepts and scope of SRH advocacy and its applications in transforming policies and practices relating to sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Advocacy Identify advocacy issue Examine in light of their country’s commitments to ICPD, CEDAW, Beijing Learn advocacy steps (theory, case study and application to their own advocacy strategy)

USING GENDER AND RIGHTS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF CARE Participants will understand and be able to use gender and rights as strategies to improve the quality of care in sexual and reproductive health services.
