Fall Show Productions Tom Sawyer T-Shirts Cast Members of the Cast of Tom Sawyer will be able to purchase show shirts!! Order Deadline October 29, 2014 Shirt Cost $15.00 Early Order October 22, 2014 Shirt Cost $12.00 IMPRORTANT No Costume Fee, No T-Shirt!!!

Construction Days **Any student interested going on the New York City trip in 2016 must attend at least 2 hours of Construction time on both the fall show sets and the spring musical sets!!** September 13 8:00am – 7:00pm September 20 8:00am – 7:00pm **All Cast Members of both shows MUST put in at least 4 hours of time on construction to remain in the cast! ***Thespian points available (based on hours worked)

Costume Fee Students are required to pay a costume fee to help off set the HUGE cost of costumes!!! Fundraising Opportunities are Available for the cast members! Any Student not paying the costume fee will not be allowed to perform in the production! $50.00 Fee Due October 11

Show Dates and Tickets Wednesday December 10 at 7:00pm Thursday December 11 at 7:00pm *Friday December 12 at 7:00pm Saturday December 13 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm * Friday will also be a kid show day students will miss a full day of school to perform for students from visiting elementary and middle schools. Junior / Senior Disney Trip Cont… Important Information Students who have their own season pass can use that and not pay for their ticket to Magic Kingdom Regular Season passes do not have water parks as part of their package so unless you specifically asked for water parks they are not part of your pass This is not a School Affiliated Trip We do this so that the cost will not be as high Parents Drive 15 passenger vans Cuts out the cost of the bus

Trip Date Thursday October 23, 2014 1:30pm – 2:00am Cost $60.00 - $80.00 Due at the October 7 Booster Meeting Eligibility You must be on stage in the fall show or involved in “Sound of Music”

PALS REGISTRATION In order to be a chaperone at any school event you MUST be Pals Registered. In order to do any over night trip, like Halloween Horror Nights or NYC you must be finger printed. You can Come into school (the main office) and register or you can fill out one of the PALS papers and we will register you! *Because of the social security number as well as other important info the papers will be shredded after they are entered
