Solution: Create a databank that will have everyone’s DNA input to have some evidence in the case that DNA is found in a crime scene.

Combined DNA Index System › Funded by the Federal Bureau of Investigation › It is ran by a team of a forensic system programming, biologist and paralegal specialist › Its responsibility is for developing, providing, and supporting laboratories in the United States to foster exchange of forensic DNA evidence.
