Proposals on Biowaste and Sewage Sludge BIOWASTE 2 working documents in 2000 & 2001 SEWAGE SLUDGE Directive 86/278/EC 3 draft working documents Commission discussion document on Sludge and Biowaste (18.12.2003) integrated in the Thematic Strategy on Soil FEAD Position on the Commission discussion document (13.02.2004) Commission would be in favour of integrating Biowaste and Sludge into a Framework Directive on Soil As the Commission has chosen to de-prioritise legislation on Biowaste, FEAD will forward its concerns in this regard
