7. Victor and Esther Rozen Foundation Scholarship Victor and Esther Rozen were active philanthropists in the community. The Rozen Foundation has been supporting local BCC students for four years now. Each spring, one student from each of the four academic divisions (Liberal Arts, Business, Applied Sciences, and Technologies, Engineering and Computing) is honored with a merit scholarship made possible by the Rozen Foundation.
