May 23, 2015 © Allstate Northern Ireland Proprietary and Confidential17 Employee Education – Suicide Awareness Worked with PIPS in 2013 to design and deliver the ‘ANIbody’ programme to all Team Managers Over 300 manager and employees have attended to date Workshops now being delivered to schools in Belfast aimed at 16-18 year olds ‘Gripping, interesting, thought provoking and delivered superbly’ ‘Exceptional course. It should be rolled out to all. If even one person is saved or helped it will be time well spent’

May 23, 2015 © Allstate Northern Ireland Proprietary and Confidential18 Employee Education – Mindful Manager Delivered as part of Lead to Succeed programme Course customised for Allstate NI Aims to create greater awareness of employee stress Focus on the different interventions managers can leverage to address employee stress before it results in an absence situation To date AMH has delivered to 150 managers across 3 sites Currently working with AMH on Train the Trainer programme ‘An excellent course well presented. Gary had all the knowledge and info you would expect and presented it very well indeed’ ‘The course was very helpful and made me aware of a number of stressors, as well as some signs to look for in others’
